Alan Watt - Flashmobs, Revolutions and BrainchipsThis presentation has been assembled to support Alan Watt's audio release of 13th April 2007 entitled "Pathocrats' Conspiracy Agenda for an Upcoming Generation". The discussion is based around the recent UK Guardian coverage of an MOD think tank report outlining the "future strategic context" facing Britain over the coming years. In other words, this is not a conspiracy theory but a declared plan of action from the actors themselves.

Predictive Programming: TV Movie Shows Riots, Quarantines and Mass Graves For Pandemic FluBy Harold Gray
JustGetThere | The massive preparation of government for what they say is an imminent pandemic this fall, triggered my memory of images of riots, quarantines, and mass graves that appeared in a made-for-TV movie about a pandemic flu outbreak. My analysis of the film will contain detailed descriptions of the movie, so if you want to watch it first and then read my take, click here to watch the full movie compiled in video clips on this site. The YouTube links for the movie start here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZxWZe3JWNM
.
During sweeps, in prime time on May 9, 2006, ABC aired, "Fatal Contact: Bird Flu in America." The sensationalized movie, follows an American businessman who represents the first human to human transfer of the H5N1 Avian flu virus in Hong Kong. After contacting it from a worker in a shipping factory, he flies back home and later succumbs to the virus, becoming patient "zero" in America. Although it was a TV movie from three years ago, I still had memory of it. This is the very essence of predictive programming, suppressed memories of a situation that has been implanted through the use of Hollywood movies and television shows. The subject matter of the show will present a crisis that the public hasn't been faced with, then present specific reactions that will subconsciously affect the viewers reasoned response if such an event occurs in the real world.
The fear effect of the movie was so strong the Department of Health and Human Services created an online viewer's guide and Q&A for the film. The governments response depicted in the film is pretty accurate, except for the fact that this pandemic is killing in the hundreds of thousands by week four. Another fear trigger throughout the movie, is a fun little counter that quickly scrolls the number of deaths weekly.
Several scenes show people scrambling to hospitals for Tamiflu as the stockpiles dwindle. The nurses accurately point out that it doesn't work for the virus due to a mutated resistant strain from the over medication of the antiviral. This presents another image of people in a state of panic wanting, and needing the antiviral, even though it doesn't work. This is also true today, during the last flu season a Tamiflu resistant strain emerged. There has also been recent cases of swine flu that demonstrate resistance to the antiviral.
Behind the scenes watching the government operate, we hear several subordinates bring up the fact that the vaccine won't work even when they receive it, but leaders such as the HHS secretary and governor respond by saying statements like; "that's not the point" and "so, it gives the people hope". These are ridiculous and dangerous statements, since the vaccines could be potentially as deadly and cause a mutation to occur. As we previously reported, health officials from the U.S. and the WHO, overseeing the clinical tests, state that the fast-tracked H1N1 vaccines will not be tested for safety and are potentially unsafe.
The quarantine meme was real strong throughout the movie, the governor of Virginia, the location of the first case, sealed himself and his entire administration in a bio-secure environment. The family of patient zero was also immediately quarantined after the husband died, and subsequently the entire neighborhood. The movie also presented some racial aspect by having the governor quarantine the predominately minority sections of the state. The plan of forced quarantines are very real, with provisions for fines up to $250,000 and a year in jail for non-compliance.
The most disturbing parts of the film are the scenes covering the mass graves. Governments in China and the U.S. begin mass graves and incineration, that has the look of a Nazi death camp. The bodies were treated like trash, and there was no reason for all of the slow dramatic panning and extended shots of the carnage, this is obviously a specific image that the producers wanted plant in you psyche. Complete fear, the realization that no one will bury you, no service, no family, no kind words or reflective thoughts, just fire. Given this gruesome aspect of the film, the HHS felt it was necessary to address the matter in their Q&A.
What will be done with the overwhelming number of deceased bodies if we have a severe, 1918-like pandemic as was depicted in the film?
Addressing the possibility of a large number of deceased individuals in a pandemic is one of our top pandemic planning priorities. Currently, we are working on modeling studies to try to determine as clearly as we can what we could possibly expect in terms of numbers of deaths over the course of several pandemic waves. Until these studies are done, we won't be able to speculate on details of what we might or might not expect. We expect this work to be done in the next few months.
Regardless of whatever estimates are developed, it is highly unlikely that in the 21st Century in the U.S. that we would ever resort to mass graves. We are working with many government agencies (e.g., VA) as well as the private sector (e.g., the funeral industry, the cemetery industry) to develop guidance for states, local communities and others that maintains the dignity of the deceased, honors family wishes, and respects religious and social customs.
So they say no mass graves in the 21st Century? This is a complete fabrication, FEMA has contracted several mass grave locations, mass coffins that can fit multiple cadavers and incinerators. The UK has also announced the use of such crude methods as well as catacombs and inflatable mortuaries. This has been documented by several researches who have tracked FEMA's roll during martial law, terrorism, natural disasters and biological pandemics.
One response that is being touted for the swine flu that doesn't show up in the film is the threat of forced vaccinations. Several governments are hinting at making the H1N1 vaccine mandatory, priming the public with a pre-pandemic vaccine that is not based on the fall outbreak if it occurs. Instead, the film makes you want to take the vaccine, by presenting the idea of shortages and making France the bad guy for not sharing the vaccine patent to the U.S.. This ends up causing civil unrest and bands of renegades begin blocking shipments of vaccines in order to steal them. This is another false reality being driven into your subconscious, making you want the untested and potentially fatal shots more.
Presenting this idea in the movie, justifies the governments push to have military on the streets operating as a domestic police force. The reaction that is being programmed is that troops on the streets are good, and they are helping us by fighting the evil renegades who are stealing the vaccines, which they admit won't work. In actuality, the military will be working during the pandemic to administer vaccinations, possibly through home interventions and other point of distribution (POD) centers like Walmart. So the idea of people not wanting to take the shots, running away from the military was not presented, even though it is a reaction that many viewers will have in that situation.
Eventually society collapses, with food shortages, power blackouts, people walking off their job, and overran hospitals. After the government ran neighborhood internment camps stop giving the supplies to the people and basically bail, the people start thinking independently, and begin working together as a community to get through it. A mom begins to use common sense methods to break the flu that her son contracts. At the end of the movie, the virus outbreak plateaus at over 20 million deaths. But wait, it mutates in another far off African village and now it's hundred percent fatal. You are then shown the birds flying in the air across the water with the death counter spinning like a slot machine. So now you are left with your own nightmarish ending that cements the programming by having you envision it yourself.

Unseen Footage: Riot Police Attack Peaceful Protesters at G20
YouTube | While the police stood off the hardcore anarchists smashing up the windows of the Royal Bank of Scotland, riot squads were ordered to wade into the “climate camp” protesters, a few streets away, and “kettle” them into a very confined space.
The police use this tactic to effectively wear down peaceful demonstrators, thus significantly halting the protest. These scenes were not shown on the major news networks.

Agent Provocateur Riots Commence in London at G20
By Kurt Nimmo
Infowars | It looks like the agents provocateurs — otherwise known as anarchists — are having their way in London as the G20 commences. From a blog covering the protests posted at the Guardian:
The “hardcore” protesters have broken through police lines and have made their way to an unboarded HSBC branch on Queen Victoria Street, says Guardian reporter Paul Lewis. An anarchist flag has been raised on an office block opposite the branch, he adds. The Press Association reported a fight on the same street between two men — one wearing a suit — which was broken up by police.
Smashing up banks and beating up guys in suits will do nothing to stop the bankers from looting the wealth of billions of people and engineering the collapse of the world economy in order to usher in their world “super-currency” and world government. As the photo here shows, the “anarchists” are grist for the corporate media. One lone “anarchist” takes out a bank window while dozens of cameras whirl and click to catch the action.
It’s all an orchestrated sideshow to the G20 criminal confab designed to discredit legitimate protests. There is little coverage of the actual protesters as the corporate media rushes to photograph agents provocateurs smashing windows at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
The Guardian comments on the fact the “anarchists” and the corporate media are working with the state in order to discredit legitimate protest:
On Twitter, Snufkin21 says Stop the War protesters booed the media present “for hyping up the G20 violence”. The huge media presence has been criticized by a number of people on Twitter who believe it’s encouraged extreme elements to “play to the gallery”.
George Monbiot offers a blog entry on the cops and their “force majeure” at the summit:
The trouble-makers are out in force again. Dressed in black, their faces partly obscured, some of them appear to be interested only in violent confrontation. It’s almost as if they are deliberately raising the temperature, pushing and pushing until a fight kicks off. But this isn’t some disorganized rabble: these people were bussed in and are plainly acting in concert. There’s another dead giveaway. They are all wearing the same slogan: Police.
The cops “have a powerful interest in exaggerating threats and, perhaps, an interest in ensuring that sometimes these threats materialize,” writes Monbiot. “This could explain what I’ve seen at one protest after another, where peaceful demonstrations turn into ugly rucks only when the police attack. The wildly disproportionate and unnecessary violence I’ve sometimes seen the police deploy could scarcely be better designed to provoke a reaction.”
This “powerful interest in exaggerating threats” serves the bankers and their minions now gathered in London. It is critical they completely discredit the opposition and have their handmaiden media tool portray the legitimate opposition as crazed and violent anarchists.
It is basically a “strategy of tension” of the sort used by the Italian Gladio operation, designed to blame murderous violence on leftists. In Italy, this strategy worked like a charm as large numbers of Italians fell for the bait and blamed socialists and communists for the violence.
The staged violence will give the British state an excuse to further limit civil liberties and arrest activists, especially now as sincere and legitimate demonstrators and activists are beginning to organize in opposition to the largest and most audacious bankster rip-off in recorded history.

New Shock Tech Could Zap Rioters, Cancer CellsBy David Hambling
Danger Room | Today's Tasers stun their targets for just a few seconds. A new technique using ultra-short electric pulses could allow tomorrow's electroshock weapons to immobilize people for as long as fifteen minutes –- and may one day also be used to destroy tumors. As I note in my latest New Scientist story, existing Tasers use an electric pulse that lasts a few microseconds, and delivers around .07 Joules of energy. This is sufficiently intense to disrupt nerve cell membranes, effectively paralyzing the neuromuscular system however tough you are. The microsecond pulses are repeated over a five-second cycle. According to Steve Tuttle of Taser International, the effects wear off almost immediately once the cycle finishes; he describes tests in which subjects have been able to carry out a task, such as pushing a specific button, immediately after being Tasered. [Others disagree, and point to all those times when coroners have ruled that the shock weapons contributed to someone's death. -- ed.]
Short-term incapacitation meets police requirements, allowing a suspect to be incapacitated for long enough to make a quick arrest. The U.S. military is looking at a longer keeping people stunned for much longer, however. The Joint Nonlethal Weapons Directorate is looking at a new generation of electroshock weapon that might knock the target down for fifteen minutes with a single ultra-short pulse.
Research is being carried out by the Frank Reidy Research Center for Bioelectrics at Old Dominion University. The Center's mission is to "to increase scientific knowledge and understanding of how electromagnetic fields and ionized gases interact with biological cells." A significant amount of their funding is military; the Center notes that their largest award was $5 million from Air Force Office of Scientific Research.
The key to the technology lies in using short pulses, which can have very different effects than the longer ones. When an electric field is applied to a cell, a charge starts to build up on the cell membranes. After a few microseconds, the charge is so high that holes (or "pores") start to form in the cell wall, an effect called electroporation. This allows material (in particular calcium ions) to pass through, affecting the function of the cell. With shorter pulses there is not enough time to affect the cell. But electroporation can affect the structures within the cell such as the nucleus, known as organelles.
"Because the organelles are much smaller than the cell itself... they reach their maximum charge much more quickly," Center founder Karl H. Schoenbach explains in an article. " Ending the pulse after the organelles are charged up, within a few hundred nanoseconds but before large pores appear in the cell’s own membrane, lets you focus the electric field’s effects on the organelles, such as the nucleus, while leaving the cell membrane relatively untouched. That, in turn, lets you do the complex and varied things medical science is interested in, such as killing tumor cells or triggering an immune system response."
So on the one hand ultra-short pulses can be used to selectively destroy cancerous cells. But they can also produce much more effective stunning effects.
A paper from the Center on Neuromuscular disruption with ultrashort electrical pulses compares 450-nanosecond pulses with multi-microsecond Taser pulses and found that the shorter pulses were more effective for suppressing voluntary movement, and used less energy. Another study found that even shorter, 60-nanosecond pulses could stun rats.
But the most significant is a paper which found that it was possible to incapacitate cells for a prolonged period -- "our study provides experimental evidence that even a single 60-ns pulse at 12 kV/cm can cause a profound and long-lasting (minutes) reduction of the cell membrane resistance (Rm), accompanied by the loss of the membrane potential." The paper says that cells could be prevented from functioning for fifteen minutes. These are early days, but researchers have suggested that a single ultrashort shock could leaving the target immobilized for "tens of minutes" using far less energy than a Taser pulse.
Obviously there are concerns over what other effects ultrashort pulses might have on the body.
"We have been advised by contacts who track the development of this type of technology that the medical and biological effects of such ultra-short electrical shocks in such a weapon are presently unknown," says Angela Wright of Amnesty International. "Stringent testing, before deployment, of the medical effects of such a weapon should take place."
"Studies are being conducted to examine the ion transport mechanisms and the effects on long term cell viability," says David B. Law of the JNLWD. He says that plans for tests on live animals are under way, but declined to comment on when human tests might happen -- if ever.

Paper: Army Prepared For Economic Riots On UK Streets
By Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet | The Army is on standby to deal with rioting on UK streets as a result of the economic crisis according to a newspaper report, which states that MI5 is targeting political activists who could help create a “summer of discontent”.
“The “double-whammy” of the worst economic crisis in living memory and a motley crew of political extremists determined to stir up civil disorder has led to the extraordinary step of the Army being put on standby,” reports the Daily Express.
“MI5 and Special Branch are targeting activists they fear could inflame anger over job losses and payouts to failed bankers.”
One of the prime concerns is not that anarchists will escalate the riots, but that the disenfranchised middle class will become involved, a precedent that will no doubt make it harder for riot police and the Army to crack heads without stoking anger amongst a significant number of the usually docile British population.
Another contributing factor that may lead more of the middle class to become involved is rising resentment over uncontrolled immigration and British jobs being given to foreign immigrants.
The prospect of soldiers being drafted onto the streets is a “last resort” according to the report, but with major police departments publicly complaining that they will not have the resources to deal with widespread unrest on the scale of the 1980’s poll tax riots, a contingency plan to deploy troops is in place.
A senior source told the Express, “This is a very real, and very serious, problem….I can tell you there have been crisis talks in Whitehall about this”.
The protest season is set to begin on April 1st at the G20 summit in London.
The prospect of widespread rioting at some stage this year is a scenario feared by many.
Police in the UK are preparing for a “summer of rage” and mass protests against the mishandling of the economic crisis by the government, according to reports.
Meanwhile, in the U.S., urban warfare training drills are taking place across the country as numerous public figures, including Senator Christopher Dodd, leading economist Nouriel Roubini, top trend researcher Gerald Celente, the head of the International Monetary Fund, the head of the World Trade Organization, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, former national security director Zbigniew Brzezinski, and Director of National Intelligence Dennis C. Blair have all warned of coming civil unrest and global instability.
The U.S. Army War College in November released a white paper called Known Unknowns: Unconventional ‘Strategic Shocks’ in Defense Strategy Development. The report warned that the military must be prepared for a “violent, strategic dislocation inside the United States,” which could be provoked by “unforeseen economic collapse,” “purposeful domestic resistance,” “pervasive public health emergencies” or “loss of functioning political and legal order.” The “widespread civil violence,” the document said, “would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security.”

Greek Youths Take Over TV, Radio Stations
By Derek Gatopoulos
AP | Greek protesters pushed their way into television and radio studios Tuesday, forcing broadcasters to put out anti-government messages in a change of tactics after days of violent street protests.
A group of about 10 youths got into the studio of NET state television and turned off a broadcast of a speech by Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis, station officials said. The protesters forced studio cameras to instead show them holding up banners that read: "Stop watching, get out onto the streets," and "Free everyone who has been arrested." No one was hurt, and no arrests were reported.
NET chairman Christos Panagopoulos said the protesters appeared to know how to operate cameras and studio controls.
"This goes beyond any limit," he said.
In the northern city of Thessaloniki, protesters made their way into three local radio stations, agreeing to leave only when a protest message was read out on the air.
Violence also broke out again after a two-day lull as masked youths attacked riot police headquarters in Athens and protesters clashed with police in Thessaloniki.
Police said 30 youths threw petrol bombs and stones at the riot police building, damaging seven cars and a police bus parked outside.
In Thessaloniki, riot police fired tear gas to disperse 300 youths throwing fruit and stones outside the city's main court complex. The disturbance followed a court decision that found eight police officers guilty of abusing a student following riots two years ago.
Overnight, arsonists attacked three Athens banks with petrol bombs, causing extensive damage.
The fatal police shooting of 15-year-old Alexandros Grigoropoulos on Dec. 6 set off violence that led to more than 300 arrested and left hundreds of stores smashed and looted. Retailers say the damage will cost them euro1.5 billion ($2 billion) in lost income.
Protesters have called for riot officers to be pulled off the streets and for police to be disarmed. But the protests tapped into wider discontent with Karamanlis' conservative government and there have been widespread calls for the government to revise its economic, social and education policies.
Higher education in Greece has come to a standstill. Lessons have stopped at more than 100 secondary schools that are under occupation by students, according to the Education Ministry. Scores of university buildings across Greece are also occupied.
Greece's opposition Socialists, who are calling for early elections, accused Karamanlis of mishandling the crisis which they said had worsened the effects of the international economic downturn.
"Greeks are losing their patience. Their salary is running out before the end of the month as they endure a major economic crisis, and at the same time can see the state collapsing," Socialist spokesman Giorgos Papaconstantinou said.
"People want answers to their problems, not speeches."
Karamanlis insisted his government has acted "calmly and responsibly" in dealing with riots, avoiding the loss of life. But for the first time since the violence erupted, he acknowledged the public's sense of frustration.
"Of course there are broader issues," he said. "People experience a lack or merit, corruption in their daily lives, and a sense of social injustice."
In Athens main Syntagma Square, Mayor Nikitas Kaklamanis relaunched holiday celebrations after the city's Christmas tree was torched by rioters last week.
A small group of protesters chanted slogans during tree-lighting ceremony, as hundreds of revelers looked on. The protesters, mostly students from various drama schools, handed out fliers that read: "Lavish storefront and Christmas Trees will not hide the reality."

Greek Rioters Use Lasers Against Police
Daily Mail | Protesters in Athens targeted police officers with lasers yesterday as riots sparked by the police killing of a 15-year-old boy continued into a second week.
Although the intensity of protests has tailed off in recent days pockets of violence are still occurring and more rallies have been planned for this week.
Today, around 50 demonstrators hurled eggs at police outside the main Athens court, where a hearing took place for dozens of people arrested during Greece's worst riots in decades, sparked by the killing of Alexandros Grigoropoulos on December 6.
Students, unions and leftist groups have called demonstrations this week against the conservative government, which has a one-seat majority.
They have planned demonstrations on Wednesday and Thursday against education and pension reforms, privatisations and tax rises.
Last week's protests fed on growing anger over political scandals, high youth unemployment and low wages, and the impact of a global recession on Greece's e240 billion economy.
'It was expected this would continue for a second week,' said Kiki Toudoulidou, a 37-year-old teacher'.
'If the government was handling the situation in the right way, we wouldn't have reached this point.'
Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis's ruling New Democracy party has denounced the riots as the work of a small group of hardcore anarchists, but at their peak early last week thousands of youths ran riot through 10 Greek cities, wrecking hundreds of cars, banks and businesses.
Mr Karamanlis, whose hands-off response to the riots has been criticised by Greek media, travelled to Cyprus today for the funeral of former president Tassos Papadopoulos.
By Paul Joseph Watson

As we have highlighted before, Celente’s accuracy is stunning - he predicted the 1987 crash, the sub-prime mortgage crisis and the “panic of 2008,” and is routinely cited even by mainstream news networks as highly credible.
The cause of the riots would be a hyper-inflationary depression, Celente told interviewer Lew Rockwell, causing Americans to revolt in similar circumstances that we have witnessed recently in Iceland and Greece. The trouble would be sparked off by Obama declaring a “bank holiday” whereby people won’t be able to withdraw their money.
“What’s going on in Greece with these riots has nothing to do with a 15-year-old boy being killed, that was only the spark that ignited the pent up, really hatred and disdain, people have for the scandals and corrupt government and the same thing is going on in this country as well,” said Celente.
Celente reiterated his prediction of a revolution and riots in America, and said that the first signs of it could even emerge before the end of the year.
Celente said that the troops now being brought back to America for “domestic security” would be used to suppress the riots.
“There’s talk of opening all these detention centers and hiring the goon squads, the Blackwaters to run them, so these are realities going on as we speak,” said Celente, adding that the Halliburton subsidiary KBR had been awarded a half a billion dollar contract to build “national emergency” internment camps in the name of detaining illegal immigrants but that they would be used to hold rioting Americans.
“We’re really in a period of ‘off with their heads’ and its going to be the people against the politicians,” said Celente.
Celente said that a breakup of the United States was possible and that the secessionist movement was strong.
“The government owns and runs the largest mortgage company, owns the largest insurance company, they’re going to be owning a piece of the oil industry, so it’s a fight against a totalitarian government…so there’s going to be rebellions and things will change for the better if we break up these criminal governments that are in place now,” said Celente.
The forecaster added that the government was killing people for a false reason in Iraq and robbing people blind with the bailouts at home.

Riots Test Greek Government
By Dina Kyriakidou

REUTERS/John Kolesidis
Thousands of youths clashed with police and rampaged through Athens and other cities this weekend, burning scores of cars and shops in the worst protests to erupt in Greece in years.
Pressure on the conservative government showed no sign of easing. The Greek Communist Party called a mass rally in central Athens for Monday evening and the socialist PASOK opposition, which has risen to top spot in opinion polls recently, said Greeks must denounce the government.
"We must answer the government's policies en masse and peacefully," the PASOK youth branch said in a statement.
University professors, who had planned to join a nationwide workers' strike against pension reforms and economic policies on Wednesday, said they would now stage a three-day walkout starting Monday. Blogs popular with high school students urged them to stay away from class.
Ignoring the government's appeals for calm, leftist demonstrators and anarchists staged running battles with police after the teenager's killing, which shocked the nation.
"Justice has taken over," Interior Minister Prokopis Pavlopoulos told reporters after an urgent government meeting on Sunday. "Raw violence directed at social peace and the property of innocent people is inconceivable."
The minister submitted his resignation but it was rejected by Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis, who has seen his government's popularity eroded in the face of scandals and as the world economic crisis bites.
